Bottled. Very pale coloured - sort purplish yellow.no head. Flavour is all viola. Sweet, fruity and light bodied, no bitterness. Seems like a dull lager with a wacky flavouring.

Bottle looks good, beer in the glass more like lemonade than beer. Starts mild, spicy-grasy, with some exotic notes, a bit moldy. Finish still mild, not very "beery", tastes more like lemonade with spices. Not so good!

Bottle looks okay, beer in the glass dark, bit redish, small head. Starts mild, exotic spicy and a bit sourish-moldy. Finish washy, still dry and metallically notes. Not my favourite!

bottle form La Cervoiserie pours green, light white head. aroma, rather simple, not sure how the Génepi floral is put into the brew, the beer has a mild floral/moss nose along with some citrus. flavors was disappointing. Given this is a brewery that prides itself in using Alps-Mont Blanc products, I was looking forward for a BFM approach of using alpage herbs and plants. This beer is too much like a soda, a little too sweet with lingering bitter hops/citrus along with a mild touch of the Génepi. Nice concept, just not well executed.

bottle form La Cervoiserie pours straw golden, white head. aroma, orange peel, citrus, some spices, coriander, wheat, true to style. flavors, similar to aroma, mouthfeel and body are light, would have liked a little more wheat presence in the body, otherwise, good notes of coriander, balanced orange-citrus. A good attempt at the Wit, but too thin for me.

Bottle @ La Cervoiserie, La Rochelle (France). Pours golden, bordering pinkish with white head. aroma, light, fruity, sweet sugary, reminiscent of fresh dairy yogurt and bilberry flavors, sweet bilberry with a touch of bitter hops, citrus and a mild violet, floral mouthfeel. Sadly, the bilberry appear to be too sweet adding to the feeling of using sweetener or juice extract. The result is a beer that is light, enjoyable but retains too much of a juice aspect. I enjoy the concept of this brewery, using glacier water at the source in the Mont Blanc.

Bottled@The 1st Vaasa CS/ES beer session (thanks SV!). Hazy yellowish golden colour with small slightly off-white head. Aroma is some maltyness along with some red berries and mild sugary/candyish notes. Flavour is quite artificial berries, some sugar, a bit papery dryness as well.

Bottled@The 1st Vaasa CS/ES beer session (thanks SV!). Slightly hazy pale green colour (like some of the really pale absinthes), with virtually no head. Aroma is quite much citrusfruits, mild cardboard as well as some slight herbs. Flavour is quite much the same along with some papery notes. Quite tonguetickling.

Bottled@The 1st Vaasa CS/ES beer session (thanks SV!). Pale yellowish golden colour with rich carbonation, mediumsized fluffy white head. Aroma is sweet malts, some slight fruityness as well as mild starch. Flavour is quite much the same. Not the most clean pils, but far from horrible as well.
