On tap @Hopyard, Mathallen food hall (Oslo). Bruna con riflessi rossastri, mediamente limpida, schiuma ecrù media. Al naso note di pane abbrustolito, caramello, zucchero di canna, leggero erbaceo. In bocca è splendidamente equilibrata, abboccata all'attacco con note di caramello, ottimamente bilanciata in chiusura con amaro medio. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Ottima!

--Bottled. -- Hazy copper colour, brief head. Aroma of toast and dark berries. Mid sweet with medium to full body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Toffee, dark sugar and dark bread. Mid bitter finish.

Bottle. A clear looking chestnut colored beer with a dense, finger-thick beige head. Some lacing. The aroma has a good dash of roasted malts and dried fruit, with coffee, some fresh fruit and some chocolate. It's full-bodied and soft on the palate, semi-dry, with a malt driven flavor. Roasted malts, coffee, prunes and raisins, some chocolate and a light burnt touch. Some bitterness. Long finish with roasted malts and coffee. Feels like this one needs some storage, else it's a decent brew at a low strength. 231126
