Valaduta brovar – логичный результат нашего знакомства на первом Минском конкурсе домашних пивоваров в 2012 году. Мы разные люди с разными интересами, но нас объединила любовь к хорошему пиву, пивным традициям и культуре. Мы варим как классические сорта, которые могут пить наши бабушки и дедушки, так и экспериментируем с неординарными сортами по примеру Нового Света – ИПА во всех его вариациях. Мы особенно любим крепкие темные стили: РИС, портер, доппельбок. Летом мы ищем идеи в локальных ягодах и тропических фруктах, чтобы создавать легкие и освежающие сорта. Мы развиваем beer food paring, сотрудничаем с местными фермерами, ищем новые сочетания пивных стилей локальных блюд и продуктов. Tap. Sparkling tomato juice, cloudy. Aroma: various spices, tomato juice, pickled tomato, chipotle, smoked chili. Taste: pleasant tomato and hot chili, smoked, with vinegar, delicious sauce for BBQ or Mexican food!

Appearance: cloudy gold, small white3 head of weak retention. Aroma: malt, smoke. Taste: rather dry, wheat, smoked, good mending hopping. Mouth feel: medium minus body. Lively carbonation. Summary: a good session beer.

Look: clear deep gold to light amber. good white head. Aroma: lime zest, tangerine, biscuit. Taste: light to medium sweet, lots of citrus fruit, dominant lime, additional biscuit, resin, spruce. medium bitter ending. Mouth feel: medium body, average to lively carbonation. Summary: pretty good still not among my favourites.

Appearance: opaque deep brown to black, good tan head. Aroma: roasted malt, berry esters, chocolate, vinous notes, salt. Taste: light to medium sweet, powerful and complex. Berry jam, dates and figs, roasted barley, chocolate, ash, some salt, hop. Light plus ending bitterness. Chocolate roast and hop at ending.

Appearance: cloudy brown with ruby highlights. Moderate beige head of decent retention. Aroma: caramel, candied citrus fruit, smoke, ash, oak, subdued peat. Taste: light sweet, complex, harmonious blend of malt, hop and barrel. All over mentioned nuances present here as well. Solid end lingering ending bitterness. Mouth feel: medium to full body, soft to average carbonation. Overall: excellent.

Appearance: cloudy deep gold with a large white creamy head of perfect retention. Aroma: pear, overripe apricot, candy, malt, some yeast spiciness. Taste: moderately sweet, malty and fruity, spicy. Light booze. Light plus hop bitterness at finish. Mouth feel: full body, medium carbonation. Overall: very solid.

Bottle 375 ml #002/400. Pleasant looking barleywine. Rich aroma: sweet malt base + sweet vanilla of bourbon, candied fruits, dried fruits, white port, raisins, pleasant shades of oak, caramel and other goodies. Taste is a little more than wonderful, sweet malt with vanilla, bourbon and milk toffee, white port, caramel, orange jam, bitter finish (hops and oak), powerful and very outstanding.

Bottle 375 ml #002/400. Elegant wine with reddish-bronze colour + garnet tint, thin and yellowish foam. Aroma: very smoked, smoked whisky, burnt peat, a little burnt insulation, ash, a little iodine, tobacco, sweet, candied fruits. Taste: smoked whisky with bandages, iodine, Eyjafjallajökull ashes, caramel, candied fruit, confiture, pleasant hop bitterness. Quite harmonious. The power of peat and malt!

Aroma: sweet, dessert wine and candied fruits from orange and orange peel, like orange peel with sweet white port, dessert, muffins with candied fruits and wood. Taste: sweet, but moderately, dessert port with orange peel, marmalade and jam with orange peels, alcohol warming. Rich and very good barley wine.
