About
Valaduta brovar – логичный результат нашего знакомства на первом Минском конкурсе домашних пивоваров в 2012 году. Мы разные люди с разными интересами, но нас объединила любовь к хорошему пиву, пивным традициям и культуре. Мы варим как классические сорта, которые могут пить наши бабушки и дедушки, так и экспериментируем с неординарными сортами по примеру Нового Света – ИПА во всех его вариациях. Мы особенно любим крепкие темные стили: РИС, портер, доппельбок. Летом мы ищем идеи в локальных ягодах и тропических фруктах, чтобы создавать легкие и освежающие сорта. Мы развиваем beer food paring, сотрудничаем с местными фермерами, ищем новые сочетания пивных стилей локальных блюд и продуктов. Tap. Dark yellow, hazy, slightly yellowish foam. Aroma: malt, apple, slightly spicy, calvados, wine, higher alcohols, lollipops, good. Strong taste, malt, calvados, fortified white wine, malt, pear and apple, good brew.

Tap. Deep red color, like tomato juice, completely cloudy. Aroma: spicy herbs, smoked meats, basil, oregano and a lot of tomatoes. Taste: tomato juice and pickle from tomatoes, smoked meats, grass, BBQ ribs, basil, sparkling, delicious, good sauce.

Appearance: foggy deep golden to light amber, decent head. Aroma: tangerine and grapefruit, resin and pine, a tiny bit toasted. Taste: bittersweet. Solid clean malt. Citrus, resin and pine. Medium plus bitterness. Palate: medium to full body. Average carbonation. Summary: a nice IPA as we loved it some time before.

Appearance: foggy pale amber with a moderate frothy off-white head of perfect retention. Aroma: estery, citrusy, fruity, tropical. additional malt, resin. Taste: moderate sweetness, esters and candy. Citrus fruit. Hoppy ending. Medium minus bitterness. Palate: medium body, average to lively carbonation. Summary: well-brewed, different esters, pretty good.

Appearance: opaque deep brown, tall frothy head of beige colour. perfect retention. Aroma: coconut, roasted barley, toast, dried fruit (prune among them). Taste: light sweet, roasted and fruity. Obvious coconut. prune well detectable at ending along with citrusy hop. Light plus bitterness. Palate: light to medium body. average to lively carbonation. Overall: a pleasant beverage. Relatively dry. Rather good.

Appearance: cloudy gold with a large rocky off-white head of perfect retention. Beautiful laces. Aroma: resin and pine needles, tangerine and grapefruit, some malt. Taste: light sweet and medium bitter. Mostly hoppy. Grapefruit, tangerine, resin and pine. Lingering bitter ending. Palate: light to medium body, average to lively carbonation. Overall: a well-brewed old-school APA, fair and very drinkable.

Tap. Rich golden color, with light haze, slightly yellow foam. Aroma: malt and yeast-hop, fruity esters are mixed with fruity aromas of hops, citrus, a little hay, mango and candy. Sweet taste, but with sourness, citruses, grapefruit, something tropical (guava?), lime, a little pine needles, candies, noticeable bitterness, good brew.

Tap. Dark golden, almost clear, slightly yellowish foam. Aroma: pleasant citruses and fruits, a little biscuit. Fresh taste, pure citruses, a little guava and passion fruit, malt biscuit, pleasant pine bitterness, well balanced ale.
