Description
The brasserie des Sagnes is one of the oldest French craft breweries still in activity. Created in 2000 by Christian Guillou within the SCEA Guillou, it was taken over by his son Fabien. Since July 2016, Fabien has been supported by Etienne, with whom he has partnered to found the SARL Brasserie des Sagnes in order to best meet growing demand. The production process has remained the same in order to maintain an equivalent product quality.

Beers are brewed from:
- barley harvested and malted in Berry,
- hops grown on the farm by SCEA Guillou (63), and in Alsace
- water from Auvergne volcanoes
