Bottled, at Spritmusuem. First beer from their lab brewery. Gushing upon opening. Cloudy orange brown, lively head. Tart bready nose. Tart with medium body and spritzy, rounded mouthfeel. Bread and lemony tartness. Low bitterness. Peculiar but pretty good.
