Keg at Brewocrat, Gurgaon. Hazy brownish amber, small head. Charcuterie smoke up front. Mid sweet with medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Delicious flavours from beechwood smoked ham and sausages. Low to medium bitterness. The body may lack the softness and gentleness that makes its Franconian counterparts the world's best beers, but half a world away this is what I'd prefer to settle my thirst with on a hot April night in Delhi IT-satellite city
