Bottle. An unclear brownish amber beer with a small, off-white head. The aroma is quite weak, with a fruity sourish touch. Caramel, bread and some citrus notes. There’s a sour touch in the flavor too, with citrus zest and some dried fruits. It’s full to medium bodied with a bit too much carbonation. Dry, and with a long sour and fruity finish. Not a very successful Bayer. 150808

Pours hazy yellow with a huge white long lasting head. Aroma has notes of malt, grain, hay, grass and some fruitiness. Taste is light sweet and light bitter with a slightly dry, grassy and fruity finish. Body is medium, texture is thin, over carbonated and very fizzy.

330ml botte bought at EuroSpar Langnes. Pearl white head leaving spotty lacing on the glassware. Hazy golden body. Modest aroma of bread, pale malts and grass. Mid-sweet pale malty flavours with a mild touch of caramel and lemon. Lightly dark spices to it. Mild bitter endnotes. Soft carbonated. Refreshing. Likable pilsener (Tromsø 30.07.2015).

500ml swing-top bottle, batch 61, bought at Eurospar Langnes. A good shot when opened. Hazy dark orange coloured body. Fawn-coloured head slowly diminishing. Bread and earth on the nose, semi-sweet. Dried fruity flavours added by caramel and nuts. Drying malt-fruity finish. Alright, rather empty though (Tromsø 26.07.2015).

Bottle. A big, dense, white head forms over a hazy, straw colored body. Some lacing. It’s quite grainy on the nose, in a nice way, with a generic fruityness, hay, grass, yellow apples and some pears. It’s dry and medium bodied, with a quite heavy carbonation. Pale malts, grass, hay and apple- and pear-like fruityness in the flavor, which would do nice with some more bitterness. Rather dry. Lasting fruity and malty finish. Way too carbonated this one, but it’s a quaffable and quite tasteful pilsener I could drink more of. 150719

Bottle. A more or less clear one, golden in color and with a small, off-white head. The aroma is lightly malty in the back, with grass, pine cones and hay notes. It’s quite bitter in the mouth, with grass, pine cones and a faint lemony touch. Rather dry, wiht a little maltyness in the back. Medium body and a pleasant carbonation. Lasting finish. A refreshing and quenching, flawless and a tad boring one. 150718
