Beerium Kraftölsbryggeri AB är ett småskaligt bryggeri som grundades 2017 i den lilla orten Surte, i Ale kommun strax norr om Göteborg.
Efter att vi etablerat oss i kraftstationen till det nedlagda glasbruket
påbörjades arbetet med att renovera bryggerilokalen.
I juni 2018 bryggdes den första batchen och sedan dess har vi fokuserat på att utveckla våra produkter och vår process.

Burk från SB ä. Opak mörkt mörkbrun vätska med lågt skum. Stor kropp, söt och stark, torkad frukt, estrar, banangodis, söta päron, praliner, kaffegodis. Hade nog kunnat mogna lite till men god redan nu. Stilmässigt mellan en quad och en stor belgisk stout. Gott

Can 33 cl. Pours an almost clear amber with a small, off-white head. Intensely sweet caramel and intense hops as well. Super rich malty sweet body with plenty of caramel and a hoppy, boozy finish. Kinda like a malt liquor but far from horrible and somewhat drinkable. 280826

Can 33 cl. Pours a cloudy nutty brown with a small, fizzy and dissipating beige head. Toffeeish nose. Rich, malty caramelly body but far from sweet. Solid finishing bitterness and distinct alcohol. Solid if simplistic. 280826

Kombinasjonen av sjokolade og en Baltic Porter fungerte overraskende bra. Sjokoladen slår igjennom allerede i aroma, men truer med å ta kontrollen. Lett alkoholisk og litt søt.

Pours deep, dark brown with a minimalistic head. Aroma is licorice, rye bread and alkohol. Given the ABV the mouthfeel is a bit on the thin side. Flavour is licorice, rye bread and alcohol.

Canned, from Systembolaget. Almost clear golden, mid sized head. Spicy herbal nose. Dry with medium body and crisp, rounded mouthfeel. Earthy and spicy. Grassy with some marzipan and pears. Peppery bitter finish. Excellent hoppy saison.
