Keg at Stray Bird, Nanjing. Deepest burgundy colour, small head. Lemony nose. Tart with light to medium body and clean, viscous mouthfeel. Aluminium and yeasty lemon, some sticky honey. Sharp finish with low bitterness. When every other beer in a brewpub is good, just how can this beer still be served? It even has a new tag on the board.
