Shared with Motelpogo at Dva Tona (thanks!). Porued a lovely peachy amber body, murky, with an off white head. Creamy, papery malty aroma, light herbs, light alcohol... IPA? Not really. The taste is initially an even worse disappointment, meaty, yeasty, some light stupid bitterness for a sec, and then a perfumey, creamy taste breaks through, reminiscent of their Rakijarnica beers (is this an alias of Rakijarnica IPA?), herbal, slightly orange, and wins through in the end, which is a plus, making this a nicely drinkable beer which is good unless you’re expecting a proper IPA. Would’ve scored more if not for the mess. Yay, 3900!

Shared with Motelpogo @Dva tona (thanks!). Poured a daaaaark brown body with an off white head. Interesting aroma... plum, malty notes, herbal, very very light tanginess, some coffee. Nice! Creamy, malty taste with ordinary, mild bitterness and some herbal hop presence. Definitely an improvement over the beers they released before!

Bottled 330ml. -from Rakijarnica stand during some street art fest in Zagreb. Cloudy golden/amber coloured, medium sized white head that went away really fast, quite stronf flowery nose. Moderate malty, light caramel and pretty strong hoppy with touch of fruits. Also strong bitter finish and aftertaste. Better than Citra for sure but all in all nothing special here.

Yeah, after the "Citra" Pale Ale, we approached this one with caution. But still, CPA was honest about its 17 IBU (?!?!), this claimed 51. Much better. Let’s see what we have here... Amberish misty body with a white head. Creamy malty taste, jam-like, very very light flowery notes. NOT AGAIN!?! Yeah, you guessed it, this one is "malt-driven too, slightly sweet. ver, very light peppery hoppy notes, maybe some sweetish citrus fruit. Only no. Twenty five bloody kunas for this. Yeah so ok, compared to the CPA, there’s some improvement here, but 51 IBUS are nowhere to be seen... Can barely be considered an IPA to be honest. People, PLEASE try to improve your beers next time, PLEASE.

Rerate:Well, they seem to be finally getting to their senses, the price was lowered from 25 to 21, which is still way too high, but more tolerable, and I’m guessing it’s the second batch now or something. Still no real trace of Citra in the taste, still not really a Pale Ale (except in colour), but this ended up actually being a pleasant beer, with a pleasant malty base. Upping the rating slightly, keeping the overall score, will do a proper rerate in a couple of months replacing this. Until I actually feel Citra in something that calls itself Citra Pale Ale, I won’t give the overall above 10.Original rating:Yeah, so apparently 2 Belgian guys living in Zagreb wanted to make a brewery of sorts, got intimidated by the Croatian laws and regulations (can hardly blame them), and decided to cuckoo brew at Kabinet in Serbia. The result seem to be these two beers, sold for a stunning 25kn (over 4.5$) for 0.33l in Rakijarnica bars in Croatia.And so we got this. Misty yellow-golden body with a lasting small white head. No issue there. Now, Citra... who doesn’t like Citra? It’s hard not to do it properly. You can imagine people getting really interested in a beer like this, especially when it pops up in a country like Croatia. And then you smell this, and you get light caramel, vague grainy maltiness... and not much else. Grainy taste, malty, notes of honey, slightly watery, creamy perhaps. Not unpleasant and such, but there is NO hopiness. NOTHING. And you market this as a Citra Pale Ale?! How?! WHY?!? Damn misleading. Therefore, coupled with the price, I suggest you avoid this one, unless they fix it in some potential subsequent batch, like the plague. I luckily split these two with 3 more people ((home)brewers to boot), so I don’t feel as cheated as I should feel. Damn... 5/3/5/3/10
