Bottled at Guau Tap, Mexico City. Near black, small head. Aroma of asphalt and treacle. Sweet with medium to full body and rounded mouthfeel. Burnt toast, treacle and coffee. Resinous bitter finish.

Bottled at Lulo Pizza & Homebrew, Mexico City. Almost clear golden, rich firm head. Perfumy nose with apples and rose petal. Mid sweet with light-medium body and clean mouthfeel. Rose water, sugar and cider. Lightly resiny finish. Sharp and perfumy.

El Trappist, CDMX bottle: pours copper with a whitish head. Aroma is some citrus, ambiguous fruitiness and pine. Taste is pine, malt, and light fruitiness. May be for a good cause but not a really good beer.
