bottle 0.5L best before 24.9.2021 i hope this is better than the alc. version which was sour and infected as i see it. I tried to pass that one off to my girlfriend, she sniffed it and declined to drink it, so it became a drainpour. well, on to the non alc version.. clear amber, smooth brown head. really nice roasted malty and nutty aroma, sort of like a hvidtøl, but more intense, also a bit like a czech low alc brown beer, or perhaps an intense black bock. really nice roasted and malty aroma. also cigar box and woodbark. interesting.. flavor is cigar box, wood bark, roasted malts, smoked wood. Flavor is fine. The beer does bubble up in the mouth, as some infected beers does, but i cannot sense anything remotely infection ish in the flavor. pretty nice roasted malty wood chips stuff. faint spicy note. A very well tasting very flavorful non alc beer, and it is nice to see non alc beers starting to get brewed as other than thin tasteless lagers. Good one fur.

bottle. clear amber, smooth offwhite head. dry malts, nuts, dusty notes in the aroma.faint caramel, faint flowery syrupy note. Flavor is slightly citrussy or orange like, slightly caramelly. i think it infected, the description on the bottle mentions no sour notes. I would recommend a harboe premium instead, less infected and lots cheaper. You also don't get a headache. best before 25.9.2021 ( yea' right ) The sour note is not crazy bad, but it tastes like it might evolve into something crazy bad. Bottle did not spill over or anything.

500 ml bottle, from Erling Christensen Møbler, Sindal. ABV is 8.8%. Clear deep golden colour, moderate white head. Aroma of white kandij sugar syrup, grain and dust, a hint of mild spices. Flavour with the same elements, some fruit too, but mostly sugary. Not terrible, but won't buy again.

500 ml bottle, from Erling Christensen Møbler, Sindal. ABV is 7.7%. Beautiful clear reddish brown colour, moderate off-white head. Aroma of toffee and caramel, hints of raisins and dark fruits. Medium sweet flavour with the same elements as the aroma, but the hops are too moderate, and there is no \"bite\" in the finish.

500 ml bottle, from Erling Christensen Møbler, Sindal. ABV is 6.5%. Bought in August, so this is probably the 2019 vintage. Beautiful and clear mahogany colour, moderate to small off-white head. Aroma of malts, caramel and mild spices, hints of chocolate and liquorice, a whiff of smoke. Medium sweet flavour with the same elements as the aroma, also a hint of prunes, the hops are very moderate.

500 ml bottle, from Min Købmand, Østerby Havn, Læsø. ABV is 4.6%. Could this be an ALIAS of Fur Vulcano Classic? Does not appear to be brewed for Østerby Bryghus. Reddish amber colour, moderate white head. Moderate aroma of malts, grain and a hint of caramel. The flavour is dull but not undrinkable, again with notes of malts, grain and caramel, very moderate hops.

Draught @ the brewpub. Pours slightly hazy dark brown with small light tan head. Clear aroma of malt, caramel and yeast. Bitter, roasty onset, giving way to sourish and estery notes. Roasty and bready aftertaste. Acceptable for the style, but I have tasted better schwarzbiers.

Draught @ the brewpub. Pours slightly hazy straw with airy white head. Clear aroma of yeast and malt, with fruity and floral touches. Sweetish flavour of yeast and malt, with touches of fruit and hints of caramel and hops. Fruity and hoppy aftertaste. A reasonable attempt but not still not very Belgian.
