Can shared with E. Thick, creamy, black with beige head. Sweet chocolate, quite a bit of coffee, sweet maple. Like a cold brew coffee drink with creamy liqeur and some cinnamon sprinkled on top. Very creamy texture.

16oz can pours a thick, opaque black with a ring of beige head. Nose has everything they offer: coconut, milk chocolate, malt, molasses. Flavor Is Swiss Miss and Mounds bars. Finishes sweet, full bodied.

A deep dark brown barley wine with a thin mocha head. In aroma, sweet fruity caramel malt with vinous notes, alcohol warmth, Almond paste, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity caramel malt with vinous notes, dark fruits, light Almond paste, nutella, alcohol warmth, very nice.

473ml can. Jet black colour with slightly late awakening, average to huge, thick, creamy, mostly lasting, moderately lacing, dark brown head. Sweet-ish, chocolately, dark malty and spicy aroma, notes of chocolate, dark chocolate, maple sirup, cinnamon, overtones of dark berries, blueberry, earthy raspberry. Taste is chocolately, dark malty and slightly spicy, notes of chocolate, dark chocolate, maple sirup and cinnamon, fruity hints of blueberry, earthy raspberry, dark berries; well hidden alcohol overall, minimally warming finish nevertheless. Viscous texture, smooth, soft and silky, slightly cloying palate, fine and soft carbonation. Excellent composition, rich, intense, harmonious - absolutely outstanding.

Can from Livonia Liquor. Pours a clear, dark burgundy to brown with a finger of beige head that dissipates. Nose of molasses, toffee, brown sugar and warming alcohol. More of the same on the palate with some almond and maybe some pecan notes. Quite boozy, but still enjoyable. Good body.

Can from Livonia Liquor. Pours a hazy, silvery gold color with a full 2 fingers of foam that lingers. Overripe orange, muscat and light shikuwasa notes. More of the same on the palate with some light oxidation present. More overripe citrus and low perceived bitterness on the finish. Probably would have been better fresher, but still pretty enjoyable.
