This stout? poured a cloudy, medium yellow colour with a big, fizzy, bright white head. Minimal lacing. Scents include whisky/Irish cream, oak, nuts and tobacco. First swig was a little thin but not lacking flavour. Flavours of Irish cream, cigar tobacco and wood. Finish is creamy with a light oily mouthfeel. Interesting...

Poured a clear light yellow with a bright white, frothy head. Scents include citrus, pine and a little honey. Minimal lacing. First swig was smooth with flavours of citrus hops, a little cooked veggies and a sweet syrup flavour somewhere between honey and corn syrup. Finish is lightly hoppy with that delicious citrus flavour lingering.

This IPA poured a cloudy, light amber colour with a creamy, off white head. Nice lacing. Scents include perfume, Marmite and floral hops. First swig was not even close to how hoppy I figured it was going to be. Flavours of citrus, hops and a light wiener. Finish is grassy with light wieners and minimal bitterness lingering.

This ale poured a nice amber colour with a creamy, white head. Nice lacing. Scents include dough, caramel and cereal. First swig was really nice. Smooth and somewhat creamy with flavours of honey, cereal and a musty flavour. Finish is malty with a light honey must that lingers. Reminds me a lot of their other ale called the Lazy Fox.
