Cloudy amber with a fluffy head. Mostly resin, lemon zest, stone fruit, honey, caramel. Dry zesty resinous bitterness, fruity honey sweetness. Medium bodied, oily creamy texture, lively carbonated, dry zesty resinous herbal bittersweet finish. A simple but well made Pale Ale for beginners.

A classical and generous pale ale, on the way of an embuscade of Nébuleuse with body, warm, malty, a bit sweet, dry hop, bitter and resinous, well balanced, perfect at home before to sleep, yesterday with a rainy weather, 16.11.22

0,375 l bottle. Pours hazy reddish brown with big, rocky, quickly and rather loudly dissipating tan head. Aroma is very fruity, woody and vinous, quite sour, a hint of funk. Taste is low sweet and bitter with a hefty dose of sourness. Body is full, texture somewhat oily. Finish is long, fruity and sour, unfortunately after fruitiness fades unpleasant slightly burning sensation remains on the tongue. Unfortunate for otherwise very good and complex beer.

Bottle at the Munich Brewver Christmas gathering at Jonas's in Garching Friday 28th November 2025, in the company of Jonas and Ursula. We picked this up from a supermarket in Croatia. Pours mid brown with a light beige head. Simple and straightforward stout, nice light roasty edge, a little bit of stock,, nice soft mouthfeel, good bite. Good.

I have bought this bottle from Amstein, St-Légier. Drinking it relax, at home, before to pick up my daughter at Malley. For me, it was a rather nice experience, a correct lager, pils, so refreshing even during November, floral and aromatic bitterness, 04.11.22

Trying this bottle from Croatia, two days ago, at home, before to sleep, sharing it with my wife. It was for me a classical ipa, average, citrus and bitter, a bit lignt, fruity and a bit piney with a side of strawberry, 02.11.22

Slightly roasted malt, floral hops, sourdough, resin, lemon zest, rubber. Zesty bitterness, malty sweetness. Medium to full bodied, oily texture, soft carbonated, dry zesty hoppy malty bittersweet finish. A nice crafty Helles, almost IPL-like.

0.5l bottle. Amber body with a white head. Aroma and taste of burnt sugar, grapefruit and grape seed. Drinkable beer but not much to write home about.
