From a 440ml can on 27/8/2025. Pours a cloudy milky golden with a smallish head. The aroma features lots of zesty citrus with tropical notes in the background. It's a real fruit explosion on the sip, with tangerine, peach, melon and white grape, leading into quite satisfying, distinctly spicy bitter finish that lingers. Silky mouthfeel with average to lively carbonation These Clean Fusion beers are consistently good. Assertive and impressive.

From a 440ml can on 19/8/2025. Pours a clearish deep brown with a small to medium light tan head. The nose is choc fugdey, cakey with a touch of peanut butter. Like most One Drop pastry stouts, the sweetness is dialled up to full. It gives you milk chocolate, chocolate fudge, vanilla cream, peanut butter and a little marzipan. There's a nice countering bitterness at the back which is a bit salty, a bit roasty and lingers nicely. The palate is slick and a bit creamy. The carbonation is softish to moderate.

From a 440ml can on 13/8/2025. Pours a murky gloudy golden with not much of a head. The nose is dank and a bit herbal, with citrus and stone fruit most prominent, but there's a bit of tropical in there too. A complex beast on the sip - definitely lots of sweet fruit - peach, orange, white grape and passionfruit, but it's countered by a pretty firm, quite spicy bitterness that lingers with just a touch of hop burn. The mouthfeel is a touch creamy and the carbonation reasonably lively. A big hazy that comes together very nicely.

From a 440ml can on 30/7/2025. Pours just like a chocolate milkshake including the bubbly head. Has a strong smell of chocolate, coconut and hazelnut. Quite sweet, with more of the aforementioned presenting taste wise. There's a a quite sweet/tart fruitiness creeping in at the finish. Has a super creamy palate with moderate carbonation. That this weighs in at 10% is belief, as it goes down very easily indeed. These guys rarely miss with their pastry sours. Wonderful.

From a 440ml can on 29/7/2025. Pours a clear deep red amber with a biggish head. The nose is quite malty and nutty. Tastes of dark and dried fruit, nuts and rye bread, finishing with a firm, sharpish bitterness. Fullish body with moderate to average carbonation. I can't recall ever having another One Drop Red IPA and this one is very solid.

From a 440ml can on 10/7/2025. Pours a thick milky off purple witha medium bubbly off purple head. Has strong and pleasant strawberry nose. Tastes of strawberry, peach, mango and vanilla. Quite tart at the finish, taking the edge off the sweetness quite nicely. Has a creamy palate with moderate, slightly prickly carbonation. These guys have pretty much nailed the pastry smoothie style, and this is a really nice example.

Pies black with a large off-white head.
Nose shows heavy chocolate, oatmeal, roasted malt. Quite sweet smelling.
Flavours include more chocolate, almost chocolate syrup-like. Roasted malt behind, but not particularly head.
Light body but not watery.
