Bottle from chameleon Kralupy. Pale yellow, tall white head. Malty base, Saaz hops, pleasant bitterness. Light bodied. Well balanced and moreish.

Tap at the brewpub on release day, yaaay! Will it be worth traipsing through pitch black Prokopské údolí? Let's see! White grape, lychee, light herbal notes in the aromq, fresh. Lean, dry taste. Lovely lychee note heading towards a bitter finish. Quite pleasant, tasty enough. The finish doesn't hold up fully, but overall it's an above average cold IPA, with enough Nelsony goodness, I'd say!

Bottled 750ml. -Courtesy of Marko, shared with him & hrabren, thanks! Pitch black coloured, medium sized beige head, dry roasty and chili nose. Roasted malt, chocolate, light caramel and noticable chili with dry peppery finish. Mild chili burn, quite pleasant.

0.75 l bottle shared with Ogi and Marko. Dark brown to black. Small beige head. Intense chilli on the nose. Roasty, some chocolate. Some cardboard. Medium body. Light chilli heat. A bit rough, burnt. One sided. Alcohol hidden.

Bottle from Prokopak. Murky brown body, off-white head. Roast and chili aroma. Chili, vegetal aroma, peppers, some vague chocolate notes. Mild chocolate, coffee notes, chili taste, peppers, solid burn. The chili didn't enhance it really.

Tap at the brewpub. Pitch black body, off-white head. Lovely creamy dark chocolate note in the nose, bit oily maybe, marzipan, light fruity touches somewhere, some alcohol as it warms. Smooth dark chocolate-driven sweetish taste, again some light marzipan, trace grainy-dog food touches, excellent RIS!

Tap at the brewpub. Hazy darker golden body, off-white head. Soft sweet citrus and flowery-herbal notes in the aroma, pleasant, dry, lightly yolky, maaaybe light DMS. A pleasant citric (tangerine)-herbal kick shows up in the taste too, along with some crackery touches and a solid herbal bitterness. Quite clean, bit rustic, fun! And that was a 3.6 and then I had it as it warmed and it actually got better, the hops shining through excellently.Huge props!

Tap at the brewpub. Misty full yellow body, white head. Biiig, lightly sweaty tropival aroma. Tropical-citric sweaty taste, turning towards peach, soft, sweetish, lightly grainy, minerally and funky. Works as a whole better than it should, doesn't thrill.
