--Bottled, from Systembolaget. -- Lightly hazy amber, mid sized head. Leafy bready nose. Mid dry with light to medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Crackery bread, hat and leafs. Mid bitter finish.

Forholdsvis pålitelige notater fra romjulstreff i Jæren Fråholdslag, her en 0,33 flaske fra Brynes Spedisjon og Harryhandel: klar brunsvart med utmerket skum helt til bunns. Mørke malter og like mørke lakridschokolader, kaffe og urter. Mild bitterhet, rund og myk. Lettdrikkelig og med mer enn et streif av mersmak.

Sample (thanks omhper!). Black colour, small brown head. Aroma is plum, salted liquorice, coffee, chocolate and mild toasted tones. Flavour is floral, plum, roasted, caramel. Ashy tones too. Sweet but rather dry due to dark malts. Actually nice, one of the few imp stouts with a good hop profile that gives bitterness where they go hand by hand with the malty stuff.

Sample (thanks omhper!). Hazy yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is nectar, pineapples, grapefruits and some tropical fruits. Flavour is pineapples, grapefruity and some tropical fruity notes. Rather sweet. But in the end quite a nice one. Refresing.
