Dunkelhefiger, leicht nussiger Antrunk. Die Hefigkeit nimmt an Süße ab, die Nussigkeit leidet darunter ebenfalls. Die Malznoten wandern in die Wässrigkeit ab, einige Zeit ist das Bier somit überaus flach. /9/9/8//8

Schon im Antrunk kommt bei diesem Bier eine deutliche säuerliche Getreidenote auf, die im Mittelteil an Intensität zunimmt. Das Bier ist so äußerst erfrischend, neben der Säuerlichkeit sind noch herbe Noten vorhanden. Etwas zu schnell klingt das Bier dann aus, wenig hefig, weiterhin getreidig. 7/8/9/8/7/8
