On tap at the source in Bolzano/Bozen - Italy. Pours a cloudy and bright golden color, foam is tick and persists. Nose: rustic grains, a bit esters far away, sweet pastry. Mouth: crackers, sweet grainy, character and quite tasty. Hops cut the maltiness in a nice way. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

0,5 l bottle, 15.07.2013. The label design in blue and gold is correct. Pours darker as expected, light hazy in the glass, small head, medium CO2. More caramell with grapefruit in the nose. Starts temperate, later light banana and a soft herb. Followed by citrus, sweet honey at the end. Not bad, but need a little bit more pepp.

Thanks to Willems Urenkel for that one. Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass light, zippy, nice head. Starts mild, but not washy, fine yeasty-malty. Mild fruity like lemon, modest sourish. Finish still mild. Could be more intense, but okay.

Thanks to Willems Urenkel for that one. Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Starts mild, but not washy. More and more spicy-grasy. Also a bit moldy-sourish. Okay, but not more.

Good looking swingtop 0,5 l bottle. The backside label says 4,9% alc, brewed by Bucher Bräu, Germany. Golden and very clear, small head, low CO2. Some malty and a little bit chewing gum in the nose. Starts more grainy, caramell, but not very intensitive. Fruity malt at the fnish. Drinkable but not more.

4,9%, Gebraut in Lizenz der Bozner Bier GmbH in Deutschland. Feinherber, etwas süßer Antrunk mit hellmalzigem Beiton. Im Mittelteil wenig intensiver, etwas herber, süffig. Nichts Besonderes, ein süffiges, angemehm herbes Helles ohne Fehlaromen. 8/8/8/7/7/8
