Many thanks to McTapps for this bottle. The cider starts smooth and fresh. Nice tart and sourish with many tannins but still easy to drink. Fresh sour-tart Speierling together with fresh tannin apples. A bit watery in body, fresh-refreshing, very dry with fruity hints. Nice long fresh aftertaste. Nice session-Speierling.

Many thanks to McTapps for this sample. Smooth, fresh beginning. Not too deep, slightly sourish on a very thin body. Easy to drink, dry ripe apples, not much sweetness left. Very dry and fruity but watery aftertaste. Somehow unround.

Many thanks to McTapps for this sample. The cider starts plain and watery. No deep body, not much flavour. Only in the aftertaste there are sourish and tart apples with hints of tannins - but on a very watery basis. On the tongue remains a watery-tart, appley aroma with hints of tannins.

Many thanks to McTapps for sharing! fruity-dry nose. The cider starts fresh and smooth, a bit mouldiness of too ripe apples. Not much acid here, still very dry. Smooth mild aftertaste with hints of overripe but a bit mouldy apples.
