Many thanks to McTapps for this bottle. The cider starts smooth and fresh. Nice tart and sourish with many tannins but still easy to drink. Fresh sour-tart Speierling together with fresh tannin apples. A bit watery in body, fresh-refreshing, very dry with fruity hints. Nice long fresh aftertaste. Nice session-Speierling.

Very pale yellow color. Aroma of apple and lemon. Thin body and dry mouthfeel, with light apple flavor and high acidity; some plastic and chemicals too. One more forgettable German cider.
