Bottle 50 cl. Pours a cloudy, opaque nutty brown with a creamy and lacing beige head. Nose is caramelly and toffeeish. Medium body, same biscuity and toffeish flavors, dry though from a solid attenuation. Fairly pronounced late bitterness. Not sure if I get much salt though. 050324

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear, dark brown with and orange hue and a creamy, beige head - more of a Dunkel in color. Sweet, roasty nose - some caramel notes. Medium body, some caramelly sweetness but not overly so. Subdued bitterness. Quite some character for a Classic, maybe because it's more of a Dunkel. 010324
