Look: hazy yellow with a well looking rocky white head. Aroma: citrus and exotic fruit, moderately juicy, light malt and lupulin, a distant hont of carrot juice. Taste: light to medium sweet, medium to heavy bitter, citrus fruit, exotic notes, strong white wine, lingering ending of grapefruit and peppery hop. Light hop burn Palate: medium to full body. average carbonation. Overall: a very satisfying hybrid of New England and West Coast.

Look: opaque deep brown, beautiful tan head. Aroma: toasted and roasted malts, chocolate, vinous notes, cream, distant coconut. Taste: moderately sweet, cream and chocolate, dark malts, light to moderate alcohol, distant coconut. Light bitterness. Palate: medium body, smooth texture, soft carbonation. Overall: well balanced, tasty, a nice surprise.
