Il gusto al naso viene catturato dall'orzo tostato. L'olfatto viene sollecitato in maniera elevata e il modo in cui permane è apprezzabile. Il cappello di schiuma resiste poco. La grandezza delle bollicine è media. La carbonazione è bassa. Il liquido è di aspetto torbido. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è strutturato non pesante. L'amaro è contenuto. L'intensità gustativa è elevata . La costanza gustativa è buona. Il retrogusto è intenso. Al palato arrivano note di miele, frutta secca, luppolo, agrumi e vaniglia.

Tap at La Tana (not 100% sure about the version). Unclear golden color with white head. Aroma is fresh grapefruit, grassy. Taste is grapefruit, grassy, good bitterness, dry finish. Oily mouthfeel with a slightly fizzy carbonation. Wheat flavours are not really there, seems to be only present in the mouthfeel. Very good!

Bottle no date, from King Grizzly, drunk 2/22/18.
Light amber-golden body shows good clarity and a quickly-receding, off-white head.
Excellent acidity in the nose certainly reminds of a gueuze. Perhaps a bit too acetic-leaning, but still very nice.
In the mouth it's malty with a light grape-like presence. A bit low on the carbonation. Could use both more and tighter carbonation. Still, a well-developed acidity and unique lambic-like notes make it quite fun to drink. Lingering tartness and lots of red fruit-like character with bits of funky earth and biscuity-cereal-like wheat and malt. No alcohol or flaw.

Bottle at home in Rome, thank you Daniele. Bright clean golden pour with a decently tick foam. Nose: elder flower, thyme, chamomile...straight that direction. Nice. Mouth: herbal mouthfeel is pretty monotone although right, peppery finish and quite bitter.
