On tap at Ardbeg Embassy, pours a clear copper with a medium beige head. Aroma has soft English bready malt and a touch of butterscotch. Flavour is legitimately ESB-like, with flavourful English malts, bready notes, and butterscotch. Dry enough and very English malty finish. Good stuff.

Can 33 cl. Only 4,0% in my version. Pours a cloudy, almost opaque red with a somewhat rough, pinkish head. Intense raspberry nose but with a strange sulphurous or rubbery edge. Light body, super dry and slightly tart, but again these slight off notes. There are so many great raspberry Sours out there, this is very far from being the best. 051222

330ml can, sold to me by djoeye (bought at Systembolaget Piteå). Steady white head that laced quite well, crystal clear, warm golden body. Moderate bread-like malts on the nose, semi-sweet. Pale malt-driven taste, moments of bread, mild caramel and joined by hints of noble hops. Clean pale malty ending, mid-sweet. Medium bodied. Well made lager version. (Tromsø. 12.04.2025).
