Jest nas trzech i kochamy piwo. Może to i banał ale równocześnie prawda. Gdy nadarzyła się okazja do przeniesienia naszej piwnej pasji na wyższy poziom, nie wahaliśmy się ani chwili.
Tak na początku 2012 roku powstał AleBrowar, nowa inicjatywa kontraktowana polskim rynku. Na razie nie mamy kadzi, fermentatorów czy linii rozlewu – mamy za to chęci i umiejętności, które pozwoliły stworzyć niepowtarzalne piwa. Może zabrzmi to trochę górnolotnie ale w tym przedsięwzięciu nie brakuje także misji. AleBrowar ma być częścią rewolucji, która zmieni oblicze piwnej sceny w naszym kraju.
Żyjemy w ciekawych czasach, czas na ciekawe piwa.

Perfumy hoppy, sweet malty nose with some fruitiness. The mouth is a touch sweet but very agressively hopped. The hops sit in the mouth at the end and linger. Nice stuff.

[ As AleBrowar / Nøgne Ø Deep Love ].Light unclear medium to dark amber orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, rye, nutty, moderate to heavy hoppy, citrus, grass, orange - citrus. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, rye, orange, caramel, hoppy, dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150124]

bottle at home from trade with geophagus, thanks Robert :) black color, medium big coffee colored head, smell of coffee, grapefruit, raisin, bitter chocolate. medium body, slick feel on the tongue, light milk, grapefruit, coffee, chocolate, good long grapefruity bitter finish. nice one

0,5L bottle (from Špunka, Tallinn). Pours dark brown-black with beige head. The head stays for a moment. Aroma is roast, citrus, pine, grapefruit. Flavor follows the nose. Body is rather thin. Finish is piney-citrus bitter. Overall: good, but could use more body.

0,5L bottle (from Špunka, Tallinn). Pours black with light brown head. The head doesn’t stay. Aroma is sweet, roast, malt, smoky notes. Flavor follows the nose. Body is watery. Finish has some nice bitterness. Overall: not a fan of watery brews, this is not an exception.

Piwo ciemnobrunatne z bezowa piana w miare obfita ale szybko znikajaca. Aromat palonego slodu i kawy. W smaku lekkie, troche bez ciala, slodkawe z delikatna kwaskowoscia , malo wytrawne i goryczkowe aczkolwiek posmak jest goryczkowy, troche palacy nie do konca dla mnie przyjemny chociaz po kilku lykach zdecydowanie zyskuje. W miare dobrze pijalne ale liczylem na ciut wiecej.

Piekna ciemno bursztynowa barwa z piana krotka ale bardzo ladnie krazkujaca. Aromat delikatny chmielowy. W smaku srednio tresciwe, delikatnie wytrawne z zaznaczona przyjemna goryczka, slodowe z slodkawo-cierpkim posmakiem, bardzo dobrze pijalne.
