Jest nas trzech i kochamy piwo. Może to i banał ale równocześnie prawda. Gdy nadarzyła się okazja do przeniesienia naszej piwnej pasji na wyższy poziom, nie wahaliśmy się ani chwili.
Tak na początku 2012 roku powstał AleBrowar, nowa inicjatywa kontraktowana polskim rynku. Na razie nie mamy kadzi, fermentatorów czy linii rozlewu – mamy za to chęci i umiejętności, które pozwoliły stworzyć niepowtarzalne piwa. Może zabrzmi to trochę górnolotnie ale w tym przedsięwzięciu nie brakuje także misji. AleBrowar ma być częścią rewolucji, która zmieni oblicze piwnej sceny w naszym kraju.
Żyjemy w ciekawych czasach, czas na ciekawe piwa.

0,5L bottle (from Špunka, Tallinn), BB 25.02.2015. Pours dark brown with light brown head. The head stays. Aroma is sweet, caramel, fruits, citrus, berries, mango. Flavor is sweet and bitter, malt, fruits, citrus, some chocolate. Finish is grapefruit bitter. Overall: good and interesting. Reminds black ipa, but doesn’t have the roast.

Mala piana kolor piwa to skora bizona:), wiec ciemno szare. Slodkawe nieco przybardzo. Alkohol niewyczuwalny, lekka karmelowosc i zbozowosc.

Bottle. Creamy White good mostly lasting head. Amber colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Moderate malty and heavy bitter flavor. Very dry. Moderate bitter finish. Oily palate

Bottle @ First Official Randers Tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are fruits, flowers, malt, grass, straw, hops and has a nice bitter finish.

50 cL bottle. Pours hazy brown to deep orange with a small off white head. Aroma is toasted malty and fruity. Roasted malty and caramelish. Dry and roasted malty finish. Roasted malty far finish.

0,5L bottle (from Koht, Tallinn), BB 25.01.2015. Pours amber with beige head. The head stays. Aroma is fruits, malt, caramel, some alcohol, pine. Flavor is very sweet, caramel, malt, citrus, mandarins. Finish is sweet and pine bitter. Alcohol is well covered, drinkability is good. Overall: very good.

50cl on tap at Põrgu, Tallinn. Clear amber with a small, but lasting white head. Hoppy aroma with spruce, caramel, some fruity notes and hints of spices and citrus. Medium sweet with nice hoppy flavours dominated by spruce and with a decent malty backbone and a solid bitterness. Tasty and well crafted IPA!
