Description
Jest nas trzech i kochamy piwo. Może to i banał ale równocześnie prawda. Gdy nadarzyła się okazja do przeniesienia naszej piwnej pasji na wyższy poziom, nie wahaliśmy się ani chwili.
Tak na początku 2012 roku powstał AleBrowar, nowa inicjatywa kontraktowana polskim rynku. Na razie nie mamy kadzi, fermentatorów czy linii rozlewu – mamy za to chęci i umiejętności, które pozwoliły stworzyć niepowtarzalne piwa. Może zabrzmi to trochę górnolotnie ale w tym przedsięwzięciu nie brakuje także misji. AleBrowar ma być częścią rewolucji, która zmieni oblicze piwnej sceny w naszym kraju.
Żyjemy w ciekawych czasach, czas na ciekawe piwa.

Bottled 500ml. -Black coloured, small brownish head, chocolate in the nose. Roasted malt, bitter chocolate and hint of smoke with mild coffee presence in the finish. Dryish bitter finish. Nice one.

Aroma is mostly of grapefruit. Head is rather minimal, but with decent lacing. Quite bitter, not much sweetness. Average carbonation, light body so it may feel slightly watery, but it’s very drinkable. Finish is not astringent, you feel mostly grapefruit. Solid beer. 33 cl draught.

On tap @ Setka Pub, Poznan, Poland. Pours slightly hazy golden with small white head. intense hoppy aroma with notes of citrus and grass. Bitter, hoppy flavour with grassy notes and a subtle touch of citrus and yeast. Well-balanced but watery. Low carbonation. Not perfect, but not bad, either.

Bottle, 5.0%. Good caramelly and piney hoppiness. Clear amber colour. Small frothy white head. The flavour is quite bitter with a caramelly finish. Mild sweetness and a little caramel and piney finish.

Bottle. Pours clear amber with small with small off-white head. Clear aroma of malt and dried fruit. Clear, hoppy flavour with notes of dried fruit. Bitter finish. OK but I had expected more.

Bottle. Pours cloudy dark brown with small tan head. Clear aroma of malt and roasted nuts. Bitterish, smoky flavour of roasted coffee beans and malt. Hints of caramel. Smky aftertaste. Good.

Bottle, 6.2%. Dusty, roasted and slightly smoked aroma. Black colour. Good stable brown head. The flavour is roasted, mildly smoked, slightly creamy. Subtle but flavourful. Creamy mouthfeel. A little yeast and ashtray in the finish.

50 cl bottle. Pours pitch black with a thick, tan and creamy head. Aroma is smooth fruity, roasted malty and chocolate. Roasted malty, caramelish and toasted malty. Bitter and lingering whisky, roasted and malty.

50 cl bottle. Pours dark brown with a small tan head. Aroma is fruity, oranges, marmelade and grapefruity. Bitter, toasted to toffee malty. Smooth fruity, bitter and caramelish toasted malty. Bitter and lingering toasted malty finish.
