75cl bottle. Tart fruity beginning. Easy to drink, fruity with a tart appley fruity aftertaste. Tart and dry, fruity with ripe dry apples. Extremely dry with tart apple skin.

75cl bottle. Very dry beginning. The quinces are very fruity, intense dry with tart parts. Fruity but not too deep, no sweetness left. Fruity dry with a tart bitter quince ending.

Fruity dry nose. Very dry with a nice intense Speierling astringency. Fantastic fruity dry, not too deep but lots of Speierling. Fruity very dry in the end, intense and nice.
