Sampled from bottle thanks to Ansjelaah. Gusher! Hazy murky yellow color, small white head. Smell and taste lightly malts, lightly some yeast, lightly orangepeel and a slight lemon touch. Pretty soft carbonation for a gusher, average body. Hmm better than expected. Earlier Rating: 9/9/2012 Total Score: 3.6Sampled from bottle @ pROOSt bierfestival Hilvarenbeek. Clear golden color, medium sized white head. Smell malts, lightly hops, lightly fruity. Taste malts, hops, fruityness, bitter. Nice one. Medium to full carbo, medium body.

Tnx Bierkoning! Deep ruby color, small steady off-white head, lace. Aroma has some toasted malts, yeast and vegetably notes. Medium-bodied. Yeasty, caramel, vegetables. Is this an ale? Suprised to get such a yeasty-messy beer from normally solid De Proef.

Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of straw and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, straw, and phenols, leading to a bitter finish.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a cloudy golden with a white head. Yeasty, phenollic aroma. Medium body, some fruit but dominated by yeast and phenols with a bitter and tart finish. Perhaps the Dutch should simply stop trying to make IPA’s? 161113
