A nutbrown beer with a small white head. The aroma is slightly malt sweet. The flavor is of sweet malt with notes of Wintercoat yeast, caramel, and nuts. The end is dry with an OK bitterness primarily coming from the malt rather than the hops.

Amber color. Very good malty and fruity aroma (raisins…). Good body strength, sweet in the front, long bitterness at the end. Notes of roasted malt; strong caramel; good aromatic hop.

This beer has next to no aroma only a slight note of fruit. The color is orange or amber and it is slightly unclear with a small fast disappearing head. The flavor is fruity and it has a good bitterness from a good hop. It is not very sweet - and is rather thin - so I don't think of it as a Scottich Ale.

A black beer with a very light brown head. The aroma is soft and sweet. The flavor is very soft, roasted with a good palate. Its a good beer but not very much like an oatmeal stout.

Sampled draught at the Danish Beer Festival.
Nut brown with rich head. Herbal banana aroma. Sweet and malty with toffee flavour and a long, sweet butterscochy finish. Even though the yeast strain used creates an estery flavour, and, aided the by the relatively high alcohol contents, gives this beer the character of a Belgian ale, the brewer still consideres it a bitter. It is still young and a bit raw, but unusual and pleasant enough to grab my attention.

Sampled draugh at the Danish Beer Festival.
Near black with creamy head. Rich aroma of plums and dried fruit. Really sweet and nicely malt accented with fruity coffee finish. Still a bit young, but already pleasant.

A beutiful deep red beer with a fantastic head. The aroma is very slight with notes of fruit and sweetness - I wish for more aroma. The flavor is soft and has a good sweetness of an OK maltblend - the sweetness sticks to your lips and ends on an OK bitterness and a slight acid note.

A beutiful deep red beer with a light brown head. The aroma is only slightly fruity. The flavor is fantastic from the beginning very soft yet prickling - with a lovely sweetness and a really good bitterness. A really good beer.
