1 l bottle, again organized by my first son Nils. Thanks a lot! A dark unclear amber in the glass with a mighty creamy light beige head. Sweet caramell and fruity on the nose. Taste starts with caramell, nuts, Nutella, less fruity. High drinkability, totally hidden alcohol. Some bitterness in the aftertaste. High carbonated. Dangerous stuff.

Huge thanks to WillemsUrenkel for that one! Bottle looks really good. Beer in the glass deep black, nice head. Awesome stouty aroma. Starts milder than exspected, malty-dry, not too intense. Hints of wood, earth, chocolate. Mild coffee. Mild bitter background. Well balanced soft-malty finish. Awesome beer!

1 l bottle bought directly at the brewery. Pours out pitch black and oily. Small dark beige foamy head. Strong choco on the nose. Big taste, choco, some coffee, malt, also hop and definitive oat. Low but present sweetness in the background. Highly recommended.

0,5 l directy from the brewery. This version of Überhopft contains 12 hops: Nugget, Comet, Lemondrop, Mandarina, El Dorado, Cascade, Magnum, Equinox, Amarillo, Chinook, Azacca (never heard before) and Columbus. Unclear dark golden in the glass, with a white frothy head. Smooth fruity on the nose. Taste starts very hopy, as expected, fruity background, increasing bitterness but no hop overdose. Complex and well balanced. Long lasting intensive aftertaste with a pleasant bitterness. Less fruity to the end. Enjoyable stuff.

Huge thanks to WillemsUrenkel for that rarity. Bottle looks really, really good. Beer in the glass very zippy, nice creamy head. Wonderful intense hoppy aroma. What else? Starts with a flood of hoppy notes, grasy-spicy, more and more dry with a bitter background. Finish quite balanaced, modest moldy-spicy, still dry and bitter. Definetely a good one!

1 l swing top bottle directly from the brewery. Pours out in an unclear dark orange with a nearly three finger steady off white foamy head. Floral hopy on the nose, some mango.Taste starts floral hopy, some yeast, citrus and apricot, maybe also mango, smooth bitterness. No hop hammer in the second part more a mix between hay and malt with a decent bitterness. Really really nice!

1 l swing top bottle purchased directly at the brewery. Contains 11 hops: Melon, Eureka, Centennial, Willamette, Tradition, Cluster, Crystal, Nugget, Mr Hood, Magnum and Jarrylo. Some are unknown for me. Unclear golden like wild honey in the glass. Very foamy two finger head. Smells very smooth, little bit floral. Taste starts with a short malt and honey sequence, followed by a strong hop taste but not overpowered with fruity sweetness in the background. Long lasting aftertaste. Interesting experiment.

Huge thanks to WillemsUrenkel for that 1l-bottle. Looks really good. Beer in the glass very zippy, nice small head. Wonderful hoppy-flowery aroma. Starts mild, hoppy-grasy, flowery, light soapy. Fine fruity notes of lemon, some grape. Although there are a lot of different hops in this beer, it is very balanced. Nice hoppy-grasy finish. Quite drinkable. Really nice!

1 l swing top bottle bought at the brewery. Little bit unclear and golden in the glass. Small fast fading white head. Something like sweet malt and alcohol on the nose. Taste is more pale malty with some sweet fruity parts, banana, hints of honey. Smooth for an Eisbock, totally hidden alcohol. Nearly an easy drinker. Could be a dangerous mistake.
