Hazy orange with a lasting white head. Strong butter aroma with some malt and a hint of grassy hops. Sweet and malty flavour with little hop flavour or bitterness.

Draught. Golden, slightly hazy colour. Mediumsized creamy white head. Aroma is malts, hops and some mild hints of metal. Flavour is frutiy, malty, hoppy with some yeast and mild notes of sweet wood and herbs.

Draught at Vinarna Hrozen, Plzen.
The sixth beer of the Vinarna Hrozen tasting at the RBESG 2008. Somebody mentioned that Kocour’s brewmaster is (only) 20 year old girl !!! Light hazy golden coloured, medium sized white head, perfumey grassy/flowery nose. Malty, great hoppy and light grainy taste with moderate bitter finish. She made a really good job.

Beer no.6 of the Vinarna Hrozen tasting at the RBESG. Poured a murky darker golden colour with a medium sized head. A great aroma of honey, hop and some fruit. A superb lemony/herbal hopiness mingling with a bit lighter grainy maltiness. A superb pils, definitely the best beer of the tasting in my opinion.

Draught at Vinarna Hrozen, Pilsen. Hazy golden, small head. Concentrated grassy nose. Very dry and grainy with light-medium body. Lingering very powerful bitterness. Classic pilsener style indeed, They sure haven’t saved any money on the hops, and the malt is really well made too.

Draught at Zlý Časy, Prague. Hazy golden, rich creamy head. Evident banana aroma with a touch of paper. Dryish and rather slim. Refreshing with a balanced amount of esters and evident wheat malt character. A mild and pleasant weizen.
