Bottle from bierkompass.de. Hazy orange golden color with thick off-white head. Fruity apple aroma with malt, soapy notes. tart taste with apple in background, wheat, wood, light bitterness. Fruity finish with bitterness in background. Tasty.

330ml bottle. Hazy pinkish amber colour with average to huge, firm, frothy to creamy, lasting, lacing, off-white head. Cautious fruity aroma has dry notes of apple and pear, a touch of wood. Taste is moderately sourish, salty, mineral, notes of paper, chalk, wood; in the finish comes up a red apple note with some subtle sweetness. Slightly watery in between, else a nicely balanced dry and tart beer.

330ml bottle. Hazy dark orangey golden colour with average to huge, firm, frothy, fairly lasting, moderately lacing, white head. Fruity aroma has an apple note. Taste is minimally dry and minimally to moderately sourish fruity with an apple note, slightly wheaty, slightly mineral, dry hints of wood, paper, chalk. Nice and rich balance of dry and sourish notes.
