Flaska från SB. En dunkel alt. Tror inte jag druckigt det förut. Kastanjfärgad, lågt skum, klar. Brödiga dofter, sirapslimpa, örksirap, brödkryddor, jäst. Rejält maltig, bröd, kryddor, litet genomslag av alkoholen utan att det stör, örtig beska knyter ihop smakerna väl och skapar en torrare avslutning. Perfekt till husmanskost, fina rena maltiga smaker.

As Weihnachts-Festbier. Malty aroma with some sweet, yeast and earth notes. Flavour is mild hoppy bitterness, some sweetness, earthy malt and touch of alcohol. Quite warming. Not bad.

Bottle - Dark brown in colour. Dried fruit, nut and a hint of insect killer (!) in the aroma. Fruity and slightly tangy taste with notes of raisins, nuts and caramel.

Bottle. Courtesy of Fonefan. Pours dark ruby amber with a creamy white head and lacings. Very malty and delicious. Nuts, vague roast, caramel, bread and a bit of fruit. Smooth and full bodied. Very enjoyable.
