50 cl bottle (5,4%), BBE 27.06.2012
Aroma is floury with some banana esthers, yeast and bubblegum. Foamy palate is a bit too high on CO2. Flavour is tart with semi-ripe banana, hints of yeast and cardboard. Not good, too thin and boring.

Bottle: Golden, a bit unclear, big stable and lacy white head, sweetish-graiiny-bisquity nose with hints of nuts and alcohol; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, medium bodied, chewy; slightly lingering sweet bisquity finish with a slight hoppiness in the aftertaste. Nice brew, not very aromatic, but chewy…

(bottle) Cloudy, orange-golden colour with a blond and tall foamy head. Yeasty, wheaty and mildly apricot- and citrus-fruity aroma with a mouldy, slightly clovy touch. Mildly sour flavour, light bodied with a moderate carbonation. Initially fruity and wheaty taste but with notes of cardboard; mildly sour-fruity and slightly papery malty finish. 28.IV.12

(bottle, 33cl) Clear, dark and slightly reddish brown colour with a mid-sized tanned foamy head. Lemony-fruity and slightly ascorbic nose. Sweet and shy bitter-tart flavour, light bodied with a modest carbonation. Shy malt character with present notes of lemon and notes of ice-tea; sweet and slightly bitter tart finish with lemony and spicy (lemongrass?) notes. Yuck. 06.II.12

Bottle. It pours a slightly unclear pale golden body and a finger-thick white head. Cooked vegetables and fruityness in the aroma, not super pleasant. The flavor has pale malts, some cooked vegetables and fruityness. Not much bitterness to brag about, neither initially nor in the end. Medium body. A rather boring one, with some unpleasant notes. 120107
