Hazy and blonde, with a slightly perfumey yeast note w hops. Taste is yeasty, with light pale malts, maybe a bit phenolic and the finish is very dry.

2/III/14 - 33cl bottle from Limburgs Bierfestival 2013 @ home - BB: VII/2015 (2014-235)

Clear blond beer, big creamy white head, pretty stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: citrus fruit, little sweet, raw grains, bit dusty, grassy hops, malty and sugary. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: sweet sweet in the start, citric hops, bit malty, pretty bitter, little fruity, pears. Aftertaste: very bitter, grassy, some citrus, fruity touch, bit spicy, dry bitter and a little sourish ending. Good starter of the tasting.

33 cl. bottle @ Bellagio in Togeren. Brewed with watercress which is certainly a plant which I absolutely adore eating. Both bottle & glass were lovely design-wise. Pours hazy golden with a creamy, reasonable, white head which never goes away. Nose is full of floral esters, nice presence of BE hops, nice bitterness, chunk of BE yeast & oddly some iron. Taste is thick BE yast, slightly fruity, lots of esters, sweet BE yeast, pretty standard for the style, light but clearly present BE hops make it pretty enjoyable, yeast is thicker than usual, this sort of feels like De Proef for me, finish is slightly mineral, lightly bitter due to the hops & if I look for it I can find some watercress but it is very faint. Body is dominated by yeast. Not exemplary or particularly special but solid enough example that tuned out to be quite enjoyable on the terrace.
