BKL2016. Tart coffee aroma Dark brown, low head Weird tart Berrylike start, coffee, very strong almonds, Dry chewy body, mellow mouthfeel Almonds in the aftertaste, wondering if I have been poisoned in a very elaborate miss Marple plot.

Bottle. Hazy yellow, big white head. Minerally grassy and fine flowery and fruity hop aroma. Medium to light, dry, light salty/minerally on the palate. Light hayish malt, dominated by the bright hops though. A bit on the fruit juice end, but bright and enjoyable.

0,1l from tap at Craft Bier Fest Wien shared through 3. orange hazy color, small white head. smells of caramel, tobacco, candy, hints of resin, spices. rather average smell. medium body, soft carbonation, slick moutfheel. tastes of candy, caramel, light resin, some exotic fruits, spices, light herbs. finishes lightly bitter with notes of candy and some resin. tastes rather old hoppy, hop notes are quite muted, drinkable but not thaaat exciting.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Tom L’s place. Thanks zvsn. Yellow. Aroma of stale fruity hops aroma, light esters, graininess. Sweetish flavor with wheat, light esters, graininess, a bit of bread, a bit of honey, and a bitterish stale hops finish.

At Abseitz, Bamberg. Where to start... this stuff is horrible, you can better buy gherkins, throw them away and drink the water from that... Orange stuff, small head. aroma is gherkins, taste is gherkins, zalt and some fruit, but not much. Gherkins overpower everything. not for me
