Description
As a Gypsy brewer, we do not have our own brewery. We use free capacities in regional breweries - this not only helps us, but also the breweries and secures their jobs. In addition, we have more time for our true passion: trying new things to maybe put them in the bottle. Where exactly your beer comes from can be found under the information about our beers. We use a mixture of domestic and international hops. Mostly we use Hallertau hops for bitterness and complement them with American ones in aroma and dry hopping. Our malt comes exclusively from regional companies.

(bottle, 33cl) Hazy, amber colour with a medium-sized and off-white foamy head. Fruity and delicately resiny hoppy aroma with notes of citrus, grapefruit, accompanied by bready malt and shades of caramel and tea. Mildly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Mildly bready malt character with hints of caramel and black tea, backed by fruity and slightly resiny hops; dry-ish, mildly bitter hoppy and fruity finish, mixed with bready malt. 30.VII.15

(bottle, 33cl) Cloudy, orange-golden colour with a medium-sized and slightly off-white foamy head. Yeasty, bready malty aroma with notes of brioche. Mildly bitter and slightly sour flavour, light to medium bodied with a tame carbonation. Bready malty start with notes of citric and delicately flowery hops; moderately dry, bready and mildly hop bitter finish with sourish fruity notes. Wouldn´t have ordered a second one. 30.VII.15

The beer starts fresh and floral. Nice smooth citrus hints, mild, not too intense. Bitter hints in the aftertaste, fresh and fruity, but not too deep. A bit neutral in the aftertaste, fruity-bitter and round, but could be a bit more intense or deeper in aroma.

Fruity-sourish beginning. Nice refreshing, intense floral with hints of Witbier (L lemon peel and coriander). Fresh and easy to drink. Not too intense, highly drinkable. Fresh and smooth in the aftertaste with a soft fruity yeasty body. No bitterness. Nice.

The beer starts fresh and floral. Not too intense hoppy, fruity-fresh, nice smooth body with a nice floral fruity hoppy bouquet. Intense pine and resin in the end, fresh and smooth. A bit rough, sharp hoppy, slightly viscous, nice fruity fresh under the hops. Interesting nice IPA, but a bit too rough and unround, but nice intense.
