Lattina. Il gusto al naso viene attratto dal luppolo. La finezza olfattiva è normale e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma che resiste poco. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido si presenta velato. Il colore è ambrato scarico. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è intenso. La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano luppolate. Il retrogusto è intenso. L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di miele, crosta di pane, frutta secca, resina, pino, agrumi, arancia rossa, mango, frutta tropicale, uva spina, mandarino e pesca sciroppata.

Tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours slightly pale blonde, partially transparent, with a medium head of fluffy white foam, medium grained. Aroma is characterized by its herbaceous and hoppy feelings. Body is somehow above average, with medium carbonation. Taste is medium bitter, but with a good malty base behind. Final is still nicely bitter.

I am reasonably sure this is the beer I had at the Honkytonk Bar. They had written their distributor of organic beers (organicbeer.it) as the brewery, but this is the only one at the 8.3% they listed. 8 4 9 4 16 Botanical hop nose Clear pale golden, offwhite lacing head. interesting light medicinal hops on the palate, flowers, orange bitters, Medium full mellow chewy dry body, fruity fresh finish. Very nice drinkable DIPA.

Tap. Pale hazy golden, low white foam. Grainy, degraded yeast, some chamomile flowery notes, fresher fruity notes in the finish after it breathes a bit.
