Curtis Congleton and Gary Jones have decided to open a farm – to – table restaurant and microbrewery, with the goal of providing a comfortable place for people to get a quality craft beer, while at the same time enjoying the wonderful local foods that Central Kentucky has to offer.
Admin Note: Opened in 2017 as a farm-to-table restaurant with exclusive guest beer taps, but started brewing their own beer in 2018.

Tap. Pours clear golden, medium white head, good lacing. Aroma is Belgian yeast, field grass, floral notes, honey, coriander. Flavor is light plus sweet, light bitter. Medium body. Some heat.

Tap. Pours golden clear, small white head, some lacing. Aroma is a bit of grain, grass, honey. Flavor is light plus sweet, minimal bitterness. Light body. Low carbonation.

Orange, lemon, coriander, wheat malt, and straw aroma. Cloudy golden yellow with moderate white head. Moderately sweet orange/lemon, coriander, wheat malt, and lightly bitter straw flavor. Nice body and balance. Excellent.

Grainy barley malt and hay aroma. Golden yellow with moderate white head. Moderately sweet milky barley malt, and mildly bitter hay flavor. Good body. Solid.

Taster at brewery. Clear pale golden, spotty head. Fruity, resinous aroma. Taste is a bit of citrus peel and hop resin throwdown with some floral notes added for good measure.

Taster at brewery. Pale golden,scant head. Sweet, grainy aroma. Taste is more sweet Malts with a nice full, slick feel.

Lemon, biscuit malt, and hay aroma. Slightly hazy golden yellow with giant white head. Moderately sweet lemon, biscuit malt, and moderately bitter grass/hay flavor. Good body. Hoppy for a cream ale - nice.
