Bottled. Black opaque colour, small brown head, richly lacing. Aroma is plum, alcohol, cookies and caramel malts. Flavour is quite weird, grapes, roasted malts, alcohol, some fruity hops and chocolate. Aftertaste is something like a mix of roasted malts and bitter hops.

Bottled. A hazy dark amber beer with a thin rim of beige head, the label states, that it is blank filtreret, which in my head should leave no sediment in the beer. The aroma is sweet with notes of cardboard and caramel, as well as light notes of grapefruit. The flavor is sweet mlaty with flowery notes combined with lighter notes of spices and honey, leading to a dry bitter end.

(Bottle 33 cl) Hazy amber golden with an off-white head. Fresh, flowery - perhaps even perfumy - aroma. Medium body with lightly sweet caramel and some flowery accents. Rather hoppy finish. Quite interesting really. Courtesy of Myrup. 080307

Bottled. Near black. Light coffeeish nose. Medium sweet with fairly clean mouthfeel and medium body. Strangely fruity with some coffe flavour. Medium bitterness. A rather simple porter, but still enjoyable.

Bottled. An amber beer with a slight haze under a thick bubbly off-white head. The aroma is cloying with a strong sweetness and notes of fermented grapes and some over ripe fruit - like an over aged dessert wine. The flavor is very sweet and very strong - the alcohol hits right from the beginning, and carries thru all the way to end with a buzz on the tongue. The notes include wine, grapes, over ripe fruit (peaches), and a dusty hop note. The alcoholic end is quite dry. I find it somehow unbalanced - either not sweet enough or not dry enough.

(Bottle 75 cl) Slightly hazy amber golden with a fairly neat and dense, off-white head. Sweetish, fruity nose where I even imagine, that I can detect the grape juice. Full-bodied, sweetish with some fruitish, appleish notes and an alcohol that’s a bit too pushy for my taste. Solid if not exactly exhilarating. Fantastic bottle though. 010107
