Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of Ungstrup. Pours an opaque pale yellow with a rough white head. Very perfumy aroma with quite some honey accents. Medium body, excessive carbonation - comes gushing - extremely perfumy and flowery again with honey accents. No bitterness. No real traces of the alcohol either. Odd but not too bad. 090710

Bottled. An unclear yellow beer with with a yellowish head. The aroma has strong notes of honey as well as some notes of malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and honey, leading to a dry honey finish. Nice. But over carbonated after Papsoe had shaken it - I rather have my beers stirred.

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of Ungstrup. Pours a cloudy and opaque yellow with a very lively and frothy white head. Very citrusy aroma - a distinct yeastiness as well. Medium body, very tart and citric again with yeast. Ends very dry. Not sure if the tartness is intended but it quite suits the beer. 090710
