12 oz can purchased at Total Wine in Kansas City, Missouri. The pour is clear golden with a well formed and lasting 2 inch white head. The head eventually falls leaving nice splotchy lace. The aroma is soft bread grain, floral, hay and a mild malt sweetness. The taste is floral, malt sweet, bread, cereal grain and a nice mineral to the back. The palate is light bodied with active carbonation and the crisp mineral finish. Quite drinkable, nice one.

Can to stange.
Appearance: semi-hazy yellow color with a one finger white foamy head dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: lemon acidity, lacto-ish, sour-ed wheat and lime
Flavor: takes the prior noted aromas to blend tart and sour and add in the saltiness for a great quality; finishes with lime, lemon and salt
Texture: light bodied, sessionable, the tart and sour tones are there but more or less just noted as they do not distract on how the beer flows on the tongue
Overall: nicely done gose I would return to.

Can to snifter.
Appearance: dark ruby red/mahogany color with a one finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: dark fruits, caramel/toffee malts, bread, and some light vanilla, sly earthiness
Flavor: sweet to earthy sweet wrapping up the prior noted aromas to a fine quality; finishes semi-dry with the dark fruits and earthiness
Texture: medium bodied - maybe a touch under; leaning to being a sipper, good smoothness but also some dryness
Overall: nicely done English styled barleywine worthy of returning to.

Bottle to snifter.
Appearance: dark red to brown color with a quickly dissipating head which didn't leave any lace
Aroma: cherry sweet and tart notes, vinous, slightly vinegar-y, some oak/sweet woody, some lemon acidity
Flavor: combines the prior noted aromas to a sweet to tart to acidic lemony quality; finishes leaning into the cherries and woody/barrel tones
Texture: medium bodied, good sipper; tart to vinous sour assertiveness shows it's face to the tongue
Overall: nicely done Kriek well worthy of returning to.

Can to thistle
Appearance: dark brown color with a finger's worth of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light messy sticky lace
Aroma: caramel/toffee malts, honey, molasses, light earthiness, some herbal tones and sweet grains
Flavor: melds the prior noted aromas to a very nice sweet malty to sweet earrhy blend; finishes semi-dry with the honey and caramel tones
Texture: medium bodied, somewhat sessionable, very smooth on the tongue with some dryness
Overall: very good for what it is but where the was the "peat?" That's one of those most disinct aromas needed in this style.

Bottle to chalice.
Appearance: dark mahogany color with a small cap of a little white foamy head which quickly slid off and didn't bother to leave any lace
Aroma: dark fruits, Belgian sugars, animal cracker sweetness, caramel/toffee malts, dark bread, some yeasty spice, earthy to tobacco-like whiff and a small scent of chocolate
Flavor: wraps the prior noted aromas to a good sweetness then the yeasty spice enters in but seems a bit restrained; finishes dry and caramel-like with the dark fruits
Texture: light to medium bodied, good sipper, good amount of smoothness and an ample amount of dryness
Overall: to me, maybe more of a Belgian dark strong ale, perhaps. Which that isn't a bad thing if this is truly the style I just said. I'd still have this again.

Can to becher glass.
Appearance: dark orange to copper color with a two and a half fingers of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: herbal tea, light pumpkin flesh, some vanilla, light cinnamon and an even lighter dose of allspice
Flavor: wraps the prior noted aromas to a sweet to spicy sort of blend; finishes with the vanilla, herbal tea and pumpkin
Texture: light bodied, sessionable, some smoothness but also some dryness as the spices also nick the tongue as I expected them to
Overall: interesting concept for a pumpkin ale and honestly, I liked it and would come back to this if given the chance.
