Sampled on draft this beer poured a very dark brown color with orange highlights and a medium sized foamy tan head that left minimal lacing. The aroma was faint with roasty bitterness and a hint of coffee. The flavor was malty and a bit smokey with caramel, roastiness, coffee and bread crust. Medium length finish. Medium bodied and smooth. Meh.
