Draft at source. It is a beautiful color. That is the greatest strength. I swear there is a gritty dirt earthy beet. Light generic fruits and lightly sweet apple juice.

Draft at source. The pepper is awesome. Very present and moderate burnt that sticks around. But not too long. Tickles my tongue. Aroma has something that I guess is pepper.

Draft at source. The coffee is really awesome. I've never had a coffee mead but it's super fun. A dry coffee aroma that makes rhebbeee seem sweeter. Like candies drinking. Really cool. Maybe just novelty for now but great novelty.

Draft at source. Darker reddish color. Aroma is still the base mead. Flavor has this interesting flavor weird berry. Very lightened and not sour but faintly tart. Which is a lot for a mead. Interesting.

For watermelon day at the source. In an actual watermelon with watermelon chicks. Looks like watermelon juice and smells like it. Flavor is a thicker watermelon and light actual honey aspects. It's a cool experience but the base mead is tastier.

Draft at source. Very earthy, deep honey, more buckwheat than simple honey. Easy drinking with similar earthy buckwheat. Pale color. Very nice traditional.
