Draft at source. Lemon comes out most but still a mead. Raspberry as well. It's decent but the lemon seems antagonistic to the sweet mead. The adjuncts hide a lot of mead and alcohol.

375mL bottle, pours a clear blonde. Aroma is loaded with wildflower honey, floral notes, and some alcohol. Flavour is very floral, with lots of wildflower honey, alcohol and plenty of floral notes. Nicely sweet, quite warming and very floral. Lovely stuff.

375mL bottle, pours a clear copper. Aroma is loaded with ground earthy coffee, treacle toffee and moderate honey nectar sweetness. Flavour blends the coffee well with the honey, with treacle, intense coffee liqueur, and rather pervasive honey nectar. Quite alcoholic, but it's welcoming. Very nice.

Draft at source. Dark rose color. Still the base traditional mead dominates. The light berry in flavor adds nicely. Mellows out the honey. But I wouldn't call this turbocharged, just lightly berry.

Draft at source. It is dark. Brown. Tastes like dirty root plant. Earthy and weird with the back end being moderately sweet apple juice. This is the second time I've tried it and it's been bad both times.

Draft at source. Surprisingly the lighter cider is a sweeter cider. The honey is prominent. It's a very candied and lightly syrup sweetness. It's not apple sweetness so that makes this interesting. It's a cool sweet vehicle rather an a good cider.
