Bottled at PBF, thanks to baggio’s American friend whose name escapes at this time of the night. Hazy mahogany colour, small head. Bourbony caramel aroma. Sweet, full bodied, well rounded mouthfeel. Fudge wrapped in vanilla with heating bourbon and white pepper. Despite the sweet soft mouthfeel the heat of the bourbon takes over.

Deep ruby color, small beige head, Vanilla, toffee and bourbon in the nose. Medium-bodied. Lots of bourbon in the flavor, even pure, burning alcohol, vanilla. Way too alcoholic still although quite good.

Draught at RBSG. Lemony nose, lightly lactic. Very crisp and clean lemon flavor with a bit of yogurt. Super drinkable. Great stuff.

Bomber from BevMo Salinas. Nose is toffee, brown sugar, and hints of roast, vanilla, and floral hops. Hazy brown with a medium, long lasting, lightly lacing tan head. Flavor is sweet golden raisin pie, hints of bitterness and vanilla, with a mixed sweet and bitter finish with a touch of bourbon.

Healthy Spirits bottling number 48/216 thanks to bu11zeye. Insanely good stuff! Pours with a very low carbed body with a small tan head over a very deep brown hued body that leaves legs on the side of the glass. Aromas are of maple, huge bourbon barrel notes, boozy, bourbon, brown sugar, vanillin, raisins, rich malt, tannins, nutty and earthy. Smells great. Flavors are of bourbon, wood, brown sugar. Smooth yet very warming. Tannin, caramelization, vanillin. Light dark fruits, some boozy notes. Sandalwood, melanoidins. Medium to full viscosity. Light carbonation, tannin, quite warming. Pretty decadent and amazing. Great barrel character!

Bottle. Pours with a slightly hazed, deep bronze hued body with a medium sized off-white head. Medium retention but ring per sip lace. Aromas are malty, melanoidins, walnuts, toasty, leather, prunes, caramel, molasses, lightly spicy hops, raisins, breakfast cereal. Lots of alcohol but mostly clean. Flavors are of grapenuts, malty, toasty, cereal, molasses, prunes and plums. Medium bitter, dry, slightly malty balance. A touch of warm, fresh baked bread, doughy, light spice (possibly hop). Medium alcohol, complex malt. Good. Nice melanoidins. Dry for what it is, medium bodied, complex, and warming with decent carbonation. Tasty.

On tap at Gourmet Haus. Pineapple and orange dominate the citrus aroma. Clear light gold with white collared head and some clunky lacing. Lots of bitterness throughout a cloying hot citrus flavor. Medium bodied. Bittering not balanced out by malt or alcohol support.

Bomber shared by Marcus (#128 of 216). Pours very dark brown with vry little head. Aromas of bourbon, alcohol, chocolate, and dark malt. Dark fruit. Near med body. Flavor is cola, a little smoke, some dark fruit, chocolate and burnt malt. It’s very complex.
